1. Do you take special orders?
We will listen to your
request and try to make something work. It never hurts to ask!

How much is shipping?
All
our prices include shipping. We ship using Fed Ex except in MN, WI and IA
where we use Spee Dee delivery service.
3. Do you have a store?
Sorry, all we have is a shop where we make our items. We do not have our
items on display.

Can I get a discount if I order multiple items? No.
5.
Are your items really all solid oak or is there some chip board or veneer
covering?
All our
items are made out of solid northern red oak - a very durable and lasting type
of oak. None of our items are made from any type of chip board that is covered
with an fake oak veneer.

If I drive by can I just pick my items up and get a discount?
Yes if you want to you sure can - we will discount your item.
7.
Can I get my item just unfinished, with no stain or finish on it?
Yes.
8.
Can I buy an item and have you ship it to someone else?
Yes. This is a great way to buy a gift.
9.
Do you accept credit cards?
Sorry but we currently are not taking credit cards. You can use your cc
through PAYPAL.

What happens if my item is damaged during shipping?
Call or E-mail us and
we will send a replacement out and have the damaged item picked up all at no
cost to you.
11.
How long till I get my item?
Usually 3-4 weeks from the time we receive your payment. We make
everything to order - we do not carry inventory.
